Privacy notice
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for the contact details collected at the access gate is the team at cryptopru.com — [[PLACEHOLDER — confirm the legal entity that acts as data controller, its registered company/LLP name, number and registered address, with counsel. A website or trading name cannot itself be the controller.]]
2. What we collect
- Details you provide at the gate: full name, firm, role (optional) and work email.
- Consent evidence: the fact and time you ticked the consent box, and the exact wording shown to you.
- Technical metadata: the country your request came from, your browser user-agent string, and a server timestamp.
We do not receive anything you type into the diagnostic or calibration tools themselves — that processing happens only in your browser.
3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use these details to give you access to The Perimeter Read, The Capital Number and The Concentration Number and to contact you about FCA cryptoasset authorisation.
Lawful basis: [[PLACEHOLDER — confirm lawful basis (e.g. consent and/or legitimate interests) and, for any marketing, the applicable PECR position, with counsel.]]
4. Who we share it with
- Hosting & storage: the site and its form handler run on our own web hosting; submissions are stored there and emailed to enquiries@cryptopru.com. We do not use a third-party form processor.
- Notification/CRM: where configured, a copy is forwarded to our workflow tool to notify us of a new request. [[PLACEHOLDER — name the processor and confirm safeguards.]]
5. How long we keep it
[[PLACEHOLDER — confirm retention period(s) for lead records and consent evidence, and the deletion process, with counsel. Do not state a period until confirmed.]]
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. [[PLACEHOLDER — confirm the exact rights, how to exercise them, and the response timescale, with counsel.]]
You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). [[PLACEHOLDER — confirm ICO wording/links with counsel.]]
7. Contact
For any privacy request, contact enquiries@cryptopru.com. [[PLACEHOLDER — confirm this is the correct route for data-subject requests with counsel.]]
8. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice. [[PLACEHOLDER — confirm change/versioning wording with counsel.]]
